10 Mar Humans.txt – We Are Humans!
Some of you may be familiar with the Robots.txt used by Search Engines to indicate what parts of a site they may trawl. Humans.txt or humanstxt.org is a new initiative aimed at exposing the human beings behind a web dev, not the clients, not the bosses or account directors, the real people – the Designers, Developers and SEOs.
How it Works
You add a simple humans.txt file to the root of any site you create or own, check out this sites and my generic humans.txt or head on over and checkout humanstxt.org then you add a simple reference to this in you header as you would normally if you were adding the author meta tag;

Once that is done you can submit your site here; and you are all done. I really like this new concept oh and its a free backlink from a site with rising authority 🙂
